  • Rstudio サーバー版だが，R を Ubuntu レポジトリから r-base-dev など一式を入れたのだが，バージョンが古すぎて，inline や Rcpp を動かせない． とりあえず手作業で以下を導入し直した．鯖はなお 10.04 なので，後でアップデートなどで問題になるかもしれない

    • GNU R package to inline C, C++, Fortran functions from R

    $ sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
    $ ./configure --with-blas="-lf77blas -latlas" --enable-R-static-lib
    ...
