とりあえず Ubuntu 10.10 では libcurl4-Openssl-devなどを入れ，
[[libOAuth:http://liboauth.sourceforge.net/index.html]] から  liboauth-0.9.4.tar.gz  を取って tar zxf liboauth-0.9.4.tar.gz ./configure make make install することで ROAuth をインストールできるようになるが，使い方はこれから調べる
